REASON FOR INQUIRY

Appeal(s) by Welbeck Strategic Land II LLP, relating to the application to South Oxfordshire District Council for Outline application (with all matters reserved except access) for residential development of up to 90 homes (Use Class C3) and associated public open space, landscaping, sustainable urban drainage system and community facility at Land North of New Road, Shillingford, Wallingford.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector's discretion, express their views.
