24/01106/FUL – Permanent retention of dwelling – Homestead Stables, Mercaston Lane, Mercaston (F)
24/01107/FUL – Change of use from retail shop unit to dwelling – Kerrys Hair and Beauty Studio, 1 The Gallery, Victoria Square, Ashbourne (C)
Applications with the suffix F may affect a Footpath
Applications with the suffix C may affect a Conservation Area
Applications with the suffix M is a Major Development
The applications may be inspected on-line at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk. Any person wishing to make representations about any of the applications should do so in writing within 21 days to the Regulatory Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN, quoting the relevant application number.
