The following applications have been submitted to the Council and are being advertised for the reason(s) given in each case.

24/01519/PA - 60A PRIORY STREET TONBRIDGE TN9 2AW - Aspinell Homes is applying for Section 73 application for the variation of condition 7 (sustainable surface water drainage scheme) pursuant to planning permission TM/22/00571/FL for re-wording as follows: No surface water drainage works shall begin until a detailed sustainable surface water drainage scheme for the site has been submitted to & approved by the local planning authority. Reason: MD

24/01943/PA - 2 EASTERFIELD COTTAGES THREE ELM LANE GOLDEN GREEN TONBRIDGE TN11 0BA – Mr Neil McClennan is applying for Listed Building Application: Replacement of French doors & windows with double glazed timber casement windows/french doors. Reason: LB

24/02052/PA - Thriftwood Caravan And Camping Park Plaxdale Green Road Stansted Sevenoaks TN15 7PB – Mr S Sellers is applying for Section 73 application to vary planning condition 1 of TM/20/01394/FL (Variation of condition 1 of TM/18/01286/FL to enable a reorganisation of part of the approved caravan site to allow for a reduction in the overall number of caravans & an increase in static holiday caravans (resubmission): to allow for the use of the area previously used for touring caravans to be used for the stationing of static caravans with a maximum number of caravans at the site being 100 in total. 24/02063/PA - 36 - 38 HIGH STREET WEST MALLING ME19 6QR - Ince Ltd is applying for Listed Building Application: Conversion of the ground floor existing kitchen area, toilets & store into a one bedroom flat. Reason: CA, LB
