Medway Council as Local Planning Authority has received the following applications which are being advertised to ascertain the views of persons living near the sites and other interested parties. The proposed developments relate to one or more of the following:
1. The site of the application is within/affecting the setting of a designated
Conservation Area (Section 73) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990;
2. The application relates to, or affects the setting of a Listed Building (Section 67) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990;
3. The application is for a Major Development;
MC/24/2535 Arethusa Venture Centre, Upnor Road, Upnor, Rochester
Reason 3 - Demolition of existing buildings and construction of two new buildings to provide 31 no. apartments (Use Class C3) including landscaping, parking, access and associated infrastructure.
MC/24/2563 Unit B 32-34 Dockside Outlet Centre, Maritime Way, Chatham Maritime, Chatham
Reason 2 Listed Building consent for alterations to Unit B (32-34) including changes to shopfront, HVAC and associated work.
MC/24/2546 The Old Vicarage, Boley Hill, Rochester, Medway
Reason 2 Listed building application for the localised stabilisation of the right-hand
Reason 1 corner of the side extension, followed by superstructure repairs and redecoration.
MC/24/2562 Unit B (32-34), Dockside Outlet Centre, Maritime Way, Chatham
Reason 2 Alterations to Unit B (32-34) including changes to shopfront, HVAC and associated work.
