(ENGLAND) ORDER 2015: NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE15(3) OF
AN APPLICATION FOR SUBSEQUENT CONSENT ACCOMPANIED
BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
Land of Woodfarm Lane (Bluebell Meadow), Great Yarmouth. I give notice that Persimmon Homes (Anglia) Ltd has submitted to Great Yarmouth Borough Council (GYBC) subsequent applications in respect of development accompanied by an Environmental Statement relating to outline planning permission 06/13/0652/granted for: 1) Full planning permission for Phase 1 of residential development 150 houses. 2) Outline Planning Permission (48.2 hectares); 700 dwellings, commercial mixed use; consisting of B1, B2, B8, local centre to include A1-A5, B1, D1 & other community uses; primary school and open space.
The applications for subsequent consent provide details required for Phase 6 of the development (93 dwellings only), as follows: – Discharge of Condition 38: Details of proposed wheel cleaning facilities for construction vehicles. Application no: 06/24/0947/CD.
Discharge of Condition 36: Details of proposed Construction Traffic Management Plan and Access Route: Application No: 06/24/0948/CD.
Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from Persimmon Homes, Bankside 100, Peachman Way, Broadland Business Park, Norwich, NR7 0WF at a charge commensurate with the media on which it is provided.

Members of the public may also inspect copies of the application, plans, environmental statement and other documents at GYBC Offices, Town Hall, Hall Plain, Great Yarmouth NR30 2QF, during all reasonable hours until 3 February 2025.
