Disposal of land and building forming part of Nonsuch Mansion House, Nonsuch Park, Ewell Road, Sutton SM3 8AL.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Epsom and Ewell Borough Council and the London Borough of Sutton ('the Councils') intend to dispose of land and premises comprising a flat of 80.33 m2, forming part of Nonsuch Mansion House, Nonsuch Park, Ewell Road, Sutton SM3 8AL for a term of 4 years to allow the property to be used for residential accommodation.
A plan of the property may be inspected free of charge during the hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Mondays to Fridays at Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5BY.
Any representations in respect of this proposal must be made in writing to the Estates Department, Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, Town Hall, the Parade, Epsom, Surrey KT18 5BY, no later than 11.59pm on 30 January 2025.
