What is planned?

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Hazel Road Community Centre and Harriet Tubman House, 26-28 Hazel Road, London, NW10 5PP

Take notice that an application is being made by: Making The Leap to the London Borough of Brent for planning permission for:

Demolition of all existing buildings and structures and erection of a mixed-use building comprising training centre and community hall uses (Use Classes F1/F2), with associated cycle parking, landscaping and all other associated and ancillary works.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Brent Council by 23rd January 2025 at the address below:

"Owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.

"Tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.

Statement of owners’ rights

The grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision in the contrary in an agreement or lease.

Statement of agricultural tenants’ rights

The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants’ security of tenure.
