REASON FOR INQUIRY

Appeal by Beechcroft Developments Ltd, relating to the application to Buckinghamshire Council for the demolition of existing buildings to allow for the construction of 95 assisted living units (Use Class C2) and  a 75-bed care home (also Use Class C2) along with associated communal facilities, vehicular and pedestrian access, internal roads, landscaping, drainage and other associated worksat Land at Wilton Park, Gorell Road, Beaconsfield, HP9 2RJ.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal
