Brockley Conservation Area

Application submitted under Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for a minor-material amendment to planning permission (DC/23/133869) dated 11 January 2024 to increase the height of the parapet wall by 100mm (DC/24/138360).

GFF 70 Breakspears Road, SE4

Construction of a single-storey rear extension with two rooflights (DC/24/138221).

Forest Hill Conservation Area

Public Off-Street Car Park, Dartmouth Road, SE23

Construction of a Substation and the Installation of Electric Vehicle (EV) Charge Points (DC/24/138375).

St Johns Conservation Area

Land rear of 40 Ashmead Road, SE8

Construction of a 2-storey detached house, together with the provision of bin and bike storage (DC/24/136909).

14 Cliff Terrace, SE8

Construction of a rear dormer roof extension, two front & one side roof lights work to the front garden wall and timber bin store (DC/24/138450).
