NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
The following applications have been received by Cardiff County Council:
23/00053/RES Application for the approval of reserved matters (appearance, scale, layout, landscaping and access) pursuant to outline planning permission 14/02733/MJR for the development of the Rhodfa spine road (section A-B), drainage infrastructure including basin, earthworks and associated landscaping and engineering works
Location: Land West Of Gateway Linear Park Plasdwr South Of Llantrisant Road Radyr CF5 3RD
Applicant: Redrow Homes (South Wales), St Fagans No. 1 & 2 Trust
24/01524/RES Application for the approval of reserved matters (appearance, scale, layout, landscaping and access) pursuant to outline planning permission 14/02733/MJR for the development of earthworks including temporary drainage infrastructure and landscaping works.
Location: Land Adjacent Rhodfa (A-B), Land West Of Gateway Linear Park, Plasdwr, South Of Llantrisant Road, Radyr, Cardiff
Applicant: Redrow Homes (South Wales), St Fagans No. 1 & 2 Trust
Both proposals are accompanied by a revised Environmental Statement. Copies of the Environmental Statement can be obtained from Lichfields, Helmont House, Churchill Way, Cardiff, CF10 2HE or cardiff@lichfields.uk at a cost of £100 for a hard copy. An electronic copy can be provided for free.
Comments should be submitted within 30 days of the date of this notice and quote the appropriate reference number.
