The Council has received applications: ST/0734/24/HFUL for 2no. openings in southern boundary wall to incorporate pedestrian and vehicular access at Monkton Farmhouse, Monkton Lane, Jarrow, NE32 5NN which is within the Monkton Conservation Area. As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal that proceeds by way of the expedited procedure, any representations made will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations. ST/0735/24/LBC for Listed Building consent for 2no. openings in southern boundary wall to incorporate pedestrian and vehicular access at Monkton Farmhouse, Monkton Lane, Jarrow, NE32 5NN which is a listed building.
