NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

P1559.24, 27 Heath Drive Romford, Change of fenestration of 15 windows with new Royale Stepped Aluminium Heritage Windows (Double Glazed Square Leads) each set within a timber frame (4mm/8mm cavity/4mm for the fixed windows overall glass unit is 16mm). Window frames to be painted white inside and outside, and window openings will be black as previous original windows

The development is in a Conservation Area

P1563.24, Land North of 1 Pinewood Road, Havering Atte Bower, Romford, Variation of condition No. 3 of planning permission ref: P0333.23 dated 07/09/2023 to permit an amendment to the rear dormer design and omit the bay windows (6 x single storey, 5-bed, detached bungalows, with bay windows at ground floor, habitable roof space, associated parking, and amenity space)

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan

P1572.24, 9 Bretons Cottages, Reinham Road Rainham, Erection of 1 Sxbed detached dwelling with parking and amenities following demolition of existing dwelling
