REASON FOR INQUIRY

Appeal(s) by Countryside Partnerships (Eastern Home Counties), relating to the application to Castle Point Borough Council for Construction of 173 new dwellings including Public Open Space, Landscaping, Access, Drainage, Parking, Servicing, Utilities and all associated infrastructure and ancillary Buildings at Land at Brook Farm adjoining 451-469, Daws Heath Road, Hadleigh.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.

Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
