NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000871/24 – Extension of attic space into eaves to create more space in the first floor bedroom and bathroom. Build up front elevation to create a gable and extend the roof over the garden room at Lanes End, Swinchiard Lane, Flint. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building).

FUL/000195/24 – Construction of 300 dwellings (including 105 affordable homes), new vehicular and pedestrian accesses, public open space, landscaping and all associated ancillary works at Land at Gladstone Way & Ash Lane, Hawarden. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building and affects a Public Right of Way).
