Stirling - Multiple Traffic Notices
What is planned?
PUBLIC NOTICES
The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (20 mph Speed Limit) (Crianlarich) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 20-12-24.
This Order reduces the existing 30mph speed limit on Glenfalloch Road,Crianlarich to 20mph and introduces new 20mph restrictions on Meadow Grove, Station Road and Willow Brae, Crianlarich. This restriction is being implemented as part of Stirling Council’s roll out of village wide 20mph speed limits.
A COPY of the Order can be requested by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk and quoting Ref No TM/6 - SRO/2024(428).
Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order, should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 20-12-24.
The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (B818, Fintry - Carron Valley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Suspension of Parking - No 2) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 20-12-24.
This Order will close :-
B818 | From its junction with Polmaise Road to its junction with the C41. |
The Order will also suspend the parking on:- B818 | From a point 2850 metres or thereby south-east of the junction with Polmaise Road in an easterly direction for a distance of 550 metres or thereby from 0900 hours until 1800 hours from 13-1-25 until 19-1-25 to facilitate resurfacing works. |
Alternative Routes: | via C41, C10, Fairhill Road, Glasgow Road, Borestone Crescent, St Ninians Road, Snowdon Place, Drummond Place, Victoria Place, Queens Road, Dumbarton Road West, A811, B822, B818 and vice versa. |

A811 | From its junction with the A81 to its junction with the A875. |
The Order will also suspend the parking on:-
A811 | From a point 650 metres or thereby north-east of the junction with the A81 in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 50 metres or thereby from 0900 hours until 1600 hours from 20-1-25 until 24-1-25 to facilitate culvert replacement works. |

Main Street | From the junction of Moray Street to the junction of The Cross from 0930 hours until 1530 hours from 13-1-25 until 17-1-25 to facilitate civils works for the installation of traffic signals. Emergency service access will be maintained |

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (A809, Strathblane)
(Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2024 under the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 20-12-24.
This Order will suspend the parking on:
A809 | On both sides of the road from a point 2500 metres or thereby north west of the junction with the B821 in a north westerly direction for a distance of 500 metres or thereby from 0900 hours until 1600 hours from 13-1-25 until 15-1-25. |
A809 | On both sides of the road from the Stirling Council / East Dunbarton Council boundary to the junction with the B821 from 0900 hours until 1600 hours from 13-1-25 until 17-1-25. |
A809 | On both sides of the road from its junction with the B821 in a north westerly direction for a distance of 2500 metres or thereby from 0900 hours until 1600 hours from 13-1-25 until 18-1-25. All restrictions are to facilitate coal tar testing. NB - rolling works, only one section of parking will be suspended at a time. |
