The following applications have been received for proposals which affect a Listed Building, Conservation Area or notice under Article 8 (Major Developments).
Details may be inspected at the Town Planning Division, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher between 8.45am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Any written representations to be made to me within the 21 days of publication of this notice. Please note that in accordance with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any representations received will be made available for public inspection. The application plans and details will be displayed on the Council’s Website at www.elmbridge.gov.uk

2024/3091 S73 - The Old Cottage Grove Farm Arran Way Esher Surrey KT10 8BE Retrospective Variation of Condition: 1 (Approved Plans) and Removal of Condition: 3 (Details of Heat Pump Enclosure) of planning permission
2021/3725 - (External structural repairs including chimney, windows and heat pump and internal refurbishment) to install a fence panel to partially enclose heat pump and remove Condition 3 as the heat pump enclosure details were not provided within the 3 month time period.
2024/3214 LBA - Whiteley Village Club Octagon Road Whiteley Village Hersham Listed Building Consent: Internal alterations to form accessible WC room and replacement of a pair of temporary internal doors.
