What is planned?

MOLE VALLEY DISTRICT COUNCIL

Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.

MO/2024/1733: Headley Hall, Headley Grove, Headley, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 6NR, Installation of new gates and railings.

MO/2024/1870: Claire House and James House, Bridge Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8BZ, Erection of a building to provide cafe floor space (Use Class Eb) and community floor space (Use Class F2) at ground floor and 37 one and two bedroom Retirement Living units for older people (Use Class C3) with associated parking and amenity areas along with associated public realm improvements, and reconfiguration of existing public pay and display car park.

MO/2024/2013: Units 1 to 4, The Old Stables, Okewood Hill, Okewood Hill, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 5NA, Change of use from Class E (office) space and one unit of B8 (storage and distribution) use totalling 299m² to a flexible Class E, B8 and Class F1a: Learning and non residential institutions use class.

MO/2024/2017: 25-33, High Street, Great Bookham, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT23 4AA, Conversion of existing office and residential space located on the first floor into 3 No. residential flats, on the rear elevation creation of a dormer, new openings and new external staircase following removal of part first floor and existing staircase.

MO/2024/2023: Westcott Newsagents, Guildford Road, Westcott, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 3NG, Erection of 1 No. internally illuminated fascia sign and 1 No. nonilluminated projecting sign.

MO/2024/2025: 5, Milton Street, Westcott, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 3PX, Installation of a new rooflight within rear roof slope, roof repairs to replace damaged tiles as necessary and upgrade thermal insulation.

MO/2024/2061: The King William Iv Public House, Byttom Hill, Mickleham, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6EL, Change of use of an unused grass field within existing public house into a beer garden.

MO/2024/2062 & 2127: The National Trust, Polesden Lacey House, Polesden Road, Great Bookham, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6BD, Erection of replacement pergola in the Rose Garden and replacement fencing and gates in the Production Area LBC.

MO/2024/2069 & 2149: 10, The Borough, Brockham, Betchworth, Surrey, RH3 7NB, Erection of a north facing dormer and replacement of the 4 No. existing modern style roof lights with 3 No. conservation style rooflights and staircase LBC.

MO/2024/2083 & 2128 Rookery Farm, Balchins Lane, Westcott, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 3LL, Erection of ground floor side extension LBC.: Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk.

Representations should be submitted in writing by 20 January 2025, Development Control Manager, Pippbrook, Dorking, RH4 1SJ.
