APPLICATION NUMBER: P/2024/01260 APPLICANT: The Duchy of Lancaster. Application under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Building/Conservation Areas) Act 1990 to vary Condition 2 of Listed Building Consent P/2021/01154 for the replacement of the existing timber windows with double glazed timber framed windows and some changes to the window design to amend casement and glazing arrangement and materials of the cill from timber to lead.
