What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
24/1429/FH - THE LIFEBOAT, 42 NORTH STREET, FOLKESTONE, CT19 6AF - Listed Building Consent for various external and internal works.
24/1716/FH - Longage Manor Farm, Longage Hill, Lyminge, CT18 8HB - Variation of Condition 4 of planning permission 21/0956/FH to allow for use of the games room/entertainment space for weddings/events
24/1981/FH - 3 CHURCH RISE, HYTHE, CT21 5BF - First floor side extension over existing garage and rear dormer
Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
