Proposed development at: Land off Maize Way, Ansley Common
Take notice that application is being made by: A R Cartwright Limited
For planning permission for: The erection of 62 dwellings, formation of access from Maize Way, associated landscaping and open space and attenuation pond.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: North Warwickshire Borough Council, The Council House, South Street, Atherstone, CV9 1DE AND Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, Town Hall, Coton Road, Nuneaton CV11 5AA
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
