What is planned?
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

Anyone who wishes to make representations about a particular application should do so in writing either on-line or in writing to the Executive Director of Development Services or via the Council’s website by 17th January 2025 quoting the appropriate reference number(s). Failure to meet the deadline may jeopardise the chance of comments being considered. Only remarks relating to land use considerations will be taken into account in reaching a decision. Please note that your letter may be open to public inspection and cannot be treated as private correspondence to the Council.
