I give notice that Crest Nicholson Operations Limited c/o Stantec is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the variation of condition 23 of WD/2020/2509/MAO (outline planning application (with all matters reserved except for access) for the erection of up to 200 residential dwellings, including affordable housing, with the provision of vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access from station road, incorporating open spaces, sustainable urban drainage systems, associated landscaping, infrastructure and earthworks) to enable the variation of the occupancy trigger. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
