I give notice that Water Treatment Products LTD is applying to Torfaen County Council for hazardous substances consent in accordance with The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 and the planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015; for the storage and/or use of hazardous substances as defined in tables A, B, C, D and E of the application at Water Treatment Products LTD, Unit 1 Gilchrist Thomas Industrial Estate, Blaenavon, Pontypool, Torfaen, NP4 9RL.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at the above address during all reasonable hours until 27/01/2025.
