PUBLIC INQUIRY AT COUNTY HALL, CROSS STREET, BEVERLEY, HU 17 9BA OPENING ON TUESDAY 21 JANUARY 2025 AT 10.00AM

REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal by Keepmoat Homes Relating to the application (ref: 22/0289 USTPLF) to East Riding of Yorkshire Council for the erection of 158 dwellings with associated access, parking, open space, landscaping and infrastructure at Land East of Rolston Road, Hornsea, HUI8 IUH.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.

Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspectors discretion, express their views.
