(England) Order 2015. Notice under Article 15(1A).
Regulation 19 of the Town and Country Planning
(Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (As Amended)
I give notice that Biogen UK Limited is applying to North Northamptonshire
Council for: NN/24/00026/WASVOC Variation of Conditions 2 and 20
of planning permission ref: 18/00014/WASVOC to increase throughput of
food waste from 65,000tpa to 90,000tpa and provide new infrastructure to
facilitate the management of biogas prior to export to the National Gas Grid
at WESTWOOD AD PLANT, BEDFORD ROAD, RUSHDEN, NN10 0SQ
This application was accompanied by an Environmental Statement a hard
copy is available for purchase at a price of £350. For further information
please contact Tetra Tech Ltd.

other documents submitted with it at:
