NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15(3) OF APPLICATION FOR SUBSEQUENT CONSENT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
Proposed development at: Lower Barn Poultry Unit, Thetford Road, Garboldisham, Diss, Norfolk, IP22 2SP

I give notice that Mr George Gooderham (BJ & PM Gooderham) is applying to the Breckland Council for a subsequent application in respect of Erection of 4 No. additional poultry houses with associated control rooms, feed bins, concrete apron and heat exchangers (including retrofitting heat exchangers to the existing poultry houses) – Environmental Impact Assessment Development and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
Members of the public may inspect copies of:

- the plans
- the environmental statement
- and other documents submitted with the application
at Breckland Council Offices, Elizabeth House, Dereham during all reasonable hours until 15th January 2025.
