The following planning applications have been received which affect the setting of a Listed Building

1.  Demolition of outbuilding, partial demolition and rebuilding of farmhouse to form two dwellings and conversion of outbuilding to storage use at Thorn Bush Farm, Miry Lane, Hightown. Application No. 2024/91265.

2.  Erection of dwelling at Land Adjacent, 38, Upper Road, Dewsbury. Application No. 2024/93001.

The following planning application has been received which is for Discharge of Conditions of a Listed Building Consent

3.  Discharge of condition 3 (Historic Structures Recording) of previous permission 2021/91334 for Listed Building Consent for infill and embankment widening of bridge MDL1/10 Occupation (Thornhill Road) at Occupation Bridge, adj, Thornhill Road, Westtown, Dewsbury. Application No. 2024/93404.

The following planning application has been received which affects a public right of way

4.  Demolition of outbuilding, partial demolition and rebuilding of farmhouse to form two dwellings and conversion of outbuilding to storage use at Thorn Bush Farm, Miry Lane, Hightown (Footpath Nos. SPE/89/70 & SPE/89/50). Application No. 2024/91265.
