In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Halton Borough Council is required to advertise the following application:- 24/00458/FUL
Proposed erection of 10no. one-bedroom apartments and 3no. two-bedroom bungalows to be used solely as supported living/extra care units including ancillary facilities, provision of access, parking and landscaping at Land On The East Side Of Crow Wood Lane Widnes WA8 3PN
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan.
DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A CONSERVATION AREA
Halton Borough Council is required under the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990, to advertise the following application:- 24/00466/FUL
Proposed demolition of former farm outbuildings, site clearance, erection of 39 dwellings and associated access, gardens, open space and external works at Land Associated With Linner Farm Cottage Halebank Road Widnes Cheshire WA8 8NW
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
