HYSBYSIAD O DAN ERTHYGL 18 O GAIS AM GANIATÁD CYNLLUNIO MEWN PERTHYNAS Â DATBLYGIAD O ARWYDDOCÂD CENEDLAETHOL

Datblygiad a gynigir yn: Lleolir y safle o fewn ffin weinyddol Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili. Mae’r safle’n cynnwys tir a’r Fferm Cil-Llonydd rhwng Treclein i’r gorllewin a Chwmbrân i’r dwyrain.

Rwy’n rhoi rhybudd bod: Cenin Renewables Ltd yn gwneud cais i Weinidogion Cymru am ganiatâd cynllunio mewn perthynas â Datblygiad o Arwyddocâd Cenedlaethol (DAC), sef:

Mae Cenin Renewables Ltd yn cynnig datblygu fferm solar gyda chynhwysedd cynhyrchu wedi’i osod o tua 35MW, system storio ynni batri, llwybr cebl a datblygiad ategol cysylltiedig. Gelwir y Datblygiad Arfaethedig yn "Fferm Solar Cil-Llonydd." Mae’r safle’n cynnwys tua 37.5ha.

Gyda’r cais cynllunio DAC mae cais am Ganiatâd Eilaidd ar gyfer cydsyniad sy’n ofynnol gan adran 38(1) o Ddeddf Tiroedd Comin 2006 (gwahardd gwaith heb ganiatâd). Mae’r llwybr cebl ategol wedi’i gynnwys fel rhan o’r ganiatâd eilaidd o dan Adran 38 o Ddeddf Tir Comin, a fydd yn cael ei gyflwyno ar gyfer gosod cebl tanddaearol trydan 33kV o’r safle solar arfaethedig i’r is-orsaf ar Gomin Mynydd Maen.

The Developments of National Significance (Procedure) (Wales) Order 2016 (As Amended)

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 18 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION IN RESPECT OF DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL SIGNIFICANCE

Proposed development at: The site is located within the administrative boundary of Caerphilly County Borough Council. The site comprises land at Cil-Llonydd Farm between Newbridge to the west and Cwmbran to the east.

I give notice that: Cenin Renewables Ltd is applying to the Welsh Ministers for planning permission in respect of Development of National Significance (DNS) which is:

Cenin Renewables Ltd. proposes to develop a solar farm with an installed generation capacity of approximately 35MW, battery energy storage system, cable route and associated ancillary development. The Proposed Development will be known as “Cil-Llonydd Solar Farm”. The Application Site comprises approximately 37.5ha.

The DNS planning application is accompanied by a Secondary Consent application for consent required by section 38(1) of the Commons Act 2006 (prohibition on works without consent). The proposed cable route requires a secondary consents application under Section 38 of the Commons Act, that will be submitted for laying of a 33kV electricity underground cable from the proposed solar site to the Substation on Mynydd Maen Common.

THE APPLICATION IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from:

Stolor House, Parc Stormy, Pyle, Bridgend, CF33 4RS for a charge, so long as stocks last.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application must write to the Welsh Ministers (details below) by 03/02/2025. All representations received will be published online as soon as the deadline has passed.
