FUL/000615/24 - Installation of a Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) kiosk to house an 11kV metered switchgear and Ring Main Unit, Meter kiosk, transformers to be bounded by security fencing, associated hardstanding and bollard protection at land adjacent to Amazon, Unit A, Welsh Road, Garden City.

LBC/000993/24 & FUL/000992/24 - Listed Building & Planning Applications for installation of internal wall insulation, loft insulation, solar PV and Air Source heat pump at Ferry Bank Farm, Foxes Lane, Garden City. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building).
