Mae’r Cyngor wedi derbyn y ceisiadau canlynol ar gyfer Caniatâd Adeilad Rhestredig (L), Caniatâd Ardal Gadwraeth (C) neu geisiadau cynllunio ar gyfer datblygiadau mawr a/neu allent wyro oddi wrth y Cynllun Datblygu (D) neu sy’n effeithio hawl Tramwy Cyhoeddus (PRW). Planning Acts: Notice of Applications
The Council has received the following applications for Listed Building Consent (L), Conservation Area Consent (C) or planning applications for major developments and/or which may be a departure from the Development Plan (D) or which affects a public right of way (PRW). • 0/52182 The reinstatement of floors and roofs in the Castle Core, which is referred to as Application 01. The works comprise: Conservation led repair works and removal of high level vegetation; Localised re-pointing in lime mortar, based on recent trails and evidence; New roof structure, combining a mix of traditional and contemporary structural elements, including integration of insulation; Reinstatement of the keep wall and towers, and the southern wall of the kitchen courtyard, where previously collapsed; Reinstatement of roof finishes. Gutters are increased in capacity to reflect current rainfall and storm events; New rainwater goods. These will involve a combination of lead chutes/overflows (through parapets), cast iron hoppers and downpipes; Conservation of the remaining floors and reinstatement of floors where missing; Recording and retention of remaining plasterwork and joinery elements, and consequently holding/conservation works where required; New below ground drainage connections (as indicated on drainage plan); Holding/conservation works to the existing window frames and temporary glazing to windows, with some localised reinstatement; No foul drainage is proposed as part of these works (Listed Building Consent) - Gwrych Castle, Llanddulas Road, Abergele, Conwy, LL22 8ET (L)
