NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF PPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
OUTLINE PLANNING APPLICATION FOR PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT LAND AT CHESHAM ROAD, SOUTH BERKHAMSTED (LAND SITED NORTH OF THE A41 AND TO THE EAST OF CHESHAM ROAD AND SOUTH OF UPPER HALL PARK)
In accordance with Article 13 of The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 we give notice that Taylor Wimpey UK Limited (as Applicant) is applying to Dacorum Borough Council (as Local Planning Authority) for Planning Permission for the following Description of Development:
“Outline planning application for development (including demolition of existing structures) and erection of a residential led, mixed use development comprising: residential market and affordable homes (Class C3); provision of extra care housing (Class C2); a mixed use local centre with retail (Class E), healthcare centre (Class E), community (Class F2), primary school (F1) and nursery facilities (Class
E); open spaces, recreational play, ecological areas, woodlands and public realm; new and improved pedestrian, cycle and vehicular accesses and network within the site; associated drainage, utilities, energy and waste facilities and infrastructure; and improvement works to existing access routes. With all matters reserved apart from detailed access from Chesham Road (phased development)”
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Dacorum Borough Council at the following address within 21 days of the date of this notice:
