PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
a Installation of 15 no. PV panels to existing roof at
The Village Hall Main Street Allerthorpe YO42 4RW

b) Repair lime plaster to internal walls, replace dry rot
wooden lintels above window and door openings
with concrete lintels, install new oil heating and hot
water boiler, electrical rewire house, install limecrete
floor in three rooms, remove modern coving and
ceiling roses from living room one and two and
reinstate section of balustrade at The Old Rectory
Back Lane Burnby YO42 1RS (Ref: 24/03132/PLB)
Proposal (a) is within a Conservation Area designated
under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) is a Listed Building scheduled under
Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
