WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2024/01012: Nettleton: Mr W Stipetic: Mansgate House, Mansgate Hill: vary condition 2 of 146012 granted 11/04/23. (WL/2024/01011 also rec’d)
b) WL/2024/01023: Tealby: Mrs J Hewson: 6 Caistor Lane: replacement windows & painting.
c) WL/2024/01027: Market Rasen: Mr A Brewin: The Club, Chapman St: remove existing building & erect 2no. dwellings. (affects right of way)

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
