CA/24/02172: 78-80 Middle Wall, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 1BN Gable extension to front elevation, pitched roof extension and first floor side extensions together with weatherboarding to front and side elevations. Applicant: Mr Gary Munday

CA/24/02169: 36 St Margaret’s Street, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 2TG Erection and display of one externally illuminated fascia sign. Applicant: Mr Nitin Atulker Reason: Setting of listed building in conservation area.
CA/24/02163: 19 Church Lane, Westbere, Kent, CT2 0HA First-floor extension together with single-storey rear extension. Applicant: Mr and Mrs Craddock Reason: Conservation area.
CA/24/02175: Tyler Hill Memorial Hall, Summer Lane, Tyler Hill, Kent, CT2 9NJ TPO No 3 1975, G1 Oak tree and two Holly trees circled red, reduce Oak back to previous reduction points . Reduce height of Holly trees by 50% , G3 and four field boundary Oak trees with some low outstretched lateral limbs raise canopies over field boundary up to 5m.
