NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications
Display of 1. No. non-illuminated fascia sign above shopfront (retrospective application) at 8 Copperfields Dartford Kent
which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/24/01416/ADV).
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application and accompanying documents at the Council offices, Civic Centre, Home Gardens, Dartford DA1 1DR during normal office hours and on our website at www.dartford.gov.uk (https://publicaccess.dartford.gov.uk/online-applications/search.do ). Any person who wishes to make representations concerning the applications should do so in writing within 25 days to the publication of this notice to the Development Manager at the above address.
Any representations you make must be made available to the applicant or any interested party. Representations will be available in hard copy at The Civic Centre.
