24/02466/FUL - Sunderland Deaf Society Limited 35 North Bridge Street Sunderland SR5 1AH. Thps Holdings Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use from social club to a 21 bedroom house of multiple occupation with associated elevational alterations, including new windows, solar panels, new stairs to the basement level, removing ramp and roof lights. This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of various listed buildings which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
24/02439/FUL - The Boars Head Hotel 134 High Street East Sunderland SR1 2BL. Mr Tony Kenny is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of single storey detached building to infill existing patio area.
24/01787/FUL - Ferry Farm House Offerton Lane Sunderland SR4 0NH. Mr Mark Baker is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Replacement cattery building to the South West of the boarding establishment. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
24/02458/FUL - 1 Liberty Green Washington NE38 7UA. Mr Julio Arca is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of two storey rear extension and conversion of garage into habitable room.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
