Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.
24/1509/FUL/WC: 1 - 2 Winifred Cottages, Radlett Lane, Shenley. Combination of 2x 3 bed semidetached dwellings to form lx 6 bed detached dwelling, construction of first floor side and rear extensions above existing single storey extensions, and two storey side and rear extension. Reason: Conservation Area & Green Belt.
24/1540/HSE/HHO: White House, Green Street, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9BA. Front boundary works to include dropped kerb and vehicular hardstanding. Reason: Green Belt.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
