Application No: ZA24/26513/FUL Proposal: Proposed change of use of existing stables to dwelling for Mr & Mrs Procter Location: Long Syke Edge Farm Cowling Hill Lane Cowling BD22 0LL Reason: Affects the setting of a Listed Building.

Application No: ZA24/26454/FUL Proposal: Proposal for the installation of four rapid electric vehicle charging stations and ancillary equipment within the car park of Booths, Settle, including one fully accessible EV charging bay (resubmission of application ref. ZA24/25949/FUL) for InstaVolt Ltd Location: E H Booth And Co Ltd New Road Sowarth Industrial Estate Settle Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
