Proposed development at LAND AT SOUTH TEES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION EAST OF SMITHS DOCK ROAD AND WEST OF TEES DOCK ROAD SOUTH BANK (R/2024/0778/RMM)
I give notice that Severfield are applying to REDCAR AND CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL for reserved matters application (appearance, layout, scale and landscaping) following outline approval R/2020/0357/OOM for demolition of existing structures on site and the development of up to 418,000 sqm (gross) of general industry (Use Class B2) and storage or distribution facilities (Use Class B8) with office accommodation (Use Class B1), HGV and car parking and associated infrastructure works all matters reserved other than access.
Proposed development at LAND BETWEEN WILTON INTERNATIONAL AND THE RIVER TEES (R/2024/0098/ESM)
I give notice that Anglo American Woodsmith Ltd are applying to REDCAR AND CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL for full planning application for port handling facility and overland conveyor, above and below ground infrastructure, internal access roads, car parking, landscaping and supporting utility infrastructure.
Anyone who wishes to make representation about the above applications should write to the Council at Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Development Management, Kirkleatham Street, Redcar, TS10 1RT or by email to planning_admin@redcar-cleveland.gov.uk by 12 January 2025.
