Applications Affecting Listed Buildings and/or Conservation Areas
All comments must be received within 7 days and will go on public view.
PL/24/1478: Flats 1-4 & 6, 16 Goldsmid Road Reading: Proposed replacement of front and rear windows of the flats and entrance doors.
PL/24/1533: 4 Downshire Square, Reading RG1 6NJ: The demolition of the single storey side extension, addition of a dwelling rear door to replace an existing window, creation of a new vehicle access and parking area to the north part of the site, with vehicular gates, restoration of brick walls and piers with metal railings and central front gate to house, including external landscaping works, changes to the internal layout, including the addition of another bedroom.
