LOCATION: LAND NORTH OF LITTLE CHEVENEY FARM SHEEPHURST LANE MARDEN
The above Order was made on 19th December 2024
The effect of the Order is to allow for implementation of the Planning Permission (ref:22/501335/FULL).
A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at The Maidstone Council Offices Maidstone House King Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6JQ during normal office hours by appointment only (Except Bank Holidays) until 17th January 2025 inclusive.
It will also be made available to view on the Council’s website on the planning application file to which this public path diversion relates. Please use the link below.

Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to Head of Mid Kent Legal Partnership at Maidstone Borough Council, Maidstone House, King Street, Maidstone, Kent ME15 6JQ, or by email to legalqueries@midkent.gov.uk Not later than 17th January 2025.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Maidstone Borough Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
