Application reference: PL/2024/0002331/FUL Site address: 49 Allesley Old Road Proposed development: Conversion of HMO and office to 8 one-bedroom apartments, elevational alterations, new dormer and removal of garage Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area
Application reference: PL/2024/0002375/FUL Site address: 10 Aldermoor Lane Proposed development: Installation of Solar PV Panels on flat roof Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area
Application reference: PL/2024/0002270/FULM Site address: Allesley Hotel, Birmingham Road Proposed development: Demolition of the former Allesley Hotel and the construction of 62 residential dwellings, with access sought from Birmingham Road; and the erection of a double garage to the rear of No. 85 Birmingham Road; and associated works Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development and may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area and the setting of Listed Buildings
Application reference: PL/2024/0001106/FULM Site address: Land to the rear of Otterbrook Court Proposed development: Development of 51 retirement apartments (Use Class C3), including new vehicular access, car parking, landscaping and associated infrastructure Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development
