PUBLIC NOTICE

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.

24F/3209 & 24L/3215 - Land to the rear of 57 Rodney Street (1) Applicant Mr. Kevin Dryhurst. To erect 1x no. 2 storey dwelling following the demolition of the existing garage and rear ramp.

24L/3183 - 1-8 Edward Pavilion, Salthouse Quay (3) Applicant Neil Forster, Ayshford Sansome Ltd. Section 19 application to vary condition 2 (approved drawings) to application 24L/1368 (To undertake internal alterations to the third and fourth floor including fit out and cosmetic works) so as to make amendments to the proposed internal alterations to the fourth floor.

24L/3200 & 24H/3199 - 37 Woolton Street (25) Applicant Mr and Mrs Hewitt. To replace windows throughout.

24F/1501 - Electricity Sub-Station at the corner of Paradise Street, Seddon Street, Argyle Street and Cleveland Square (1) Applicant Paul Day, Scottish Power Energy Networks. Repair and stabilisation of the existing masonry boundary wall along Paradise Street, Cleveland Square and Seddon Street.

24H/3179 & 24L/3180 - 3 Aigburth Hall Avenue (19) Applicant Mr & Mrs Halpin. To replace windows and doors to the front elevation, carry out reopening of an internal fireplace and erect a garden room within the rear garden. Any comments you want to make must be received by 9th January 2025 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. Please note that any comments sent can be seen by members of the public, including the applicant.
