Sellafield Ltd is applying for Planning Permission at Sellafield Ltd, Seascale, Cumbria, CA20 1PG for Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to amend approved documents under condition 2 and remove conditions 1, 14, 16, 17 and 18 of planning permission 4/17/9011 as they are no longer applicable and to permanently retain the access road. Planning permission 4/I7/90II Construction of temporary access road, siting of temporary contractors welfare/office building, reprofiling of landscape mound and reinstatement works for a temporary period of 8 years in connection with the construction of new steam generation plant. (Ref. 4/24/9003)
