NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Land off Coal Pit Lane/North of Wakefield Road (A644), Clifton, Brighouse.
Take notice that the application is being made by Calderdale MBC for:
Application for the Approval of Reserved Matters (condition 2 of Planning Permission 19/00612/LAA) for appearance, scale and landscaping details provided in respect of individual buildings and plots.
Any owner of land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of 11th December 2024 quoting reference PP-13619475.
