ENFORCEMENT APPEAL

Relating to: Enforcement Notice served by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council.

For: Without Planning Permission, unauthorised engineering operations comprising of land level alterations, the importation and deposition of waste materials used to create hard standings and the change of use of the land to a residential use by virtue of the sitings of caravans on the land used for residential purposes.
