Notice for pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Erection of 46 residential dwellings, in a mix of one and two bed flats, including associated engineering/ infrastructure, parking and other amenities at the vacant site on the corner of Prospecthill Road and Grange Road, Langside, Glasgow, G42 9LE.
An online virtual exhibition will be available from Fri 06 Dec to Mon 16 Dec at: https://prospecthillroad.wixstudio.com/housingdevelopment
Public meeting (drop in event) will be held on: Thursday 12 December 2024 - 3.00 - 7.00pm
At the Langside Library, 2 Sinclair Drive, Glasgow, G42 9QE.

This notice does not relate to a lodged planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council Planning Department.
