NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/001019/24 - Erection of a 3 bedroom single storey detached dwelling - The design is for a sustainable passive house using modern construction method to achieve the new outcome at Haledon House, Gresford Road, Hope. (The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area to which the application relates and also affects a public right of way).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

LBC/001000/24 - Listed Building Application to undertake remedial work in the utility room due to water ingress at Ffrith Hall, High Street, Ffrith. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building).

LBC/001027/24 - Listed Building Application to install 5 secondary glazed frames behind the existing windows at Westminster House, High Street, Northop. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).
