24/39713/FUL - Old Hall Farm Shebdon Road High Offley - Retrospective consent for the retention of buildings approved under prior approval for storage, now being used for livestock housing and full approval of size and design

Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

24/39713/FUL - Old Hall Farm Shebdon Road High Offley - Retrospective consent for the retention of buildings approved under prior approval for storage, now being used for livestock housing and full approval of size and design.

The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 (public rights of way) applies.

Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 1 January 2025.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 1 January 2025.
